Felisa G. Acorda was born in Calanigan, Sto Tomas, Isabela, Philippines on December 24, 1930. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in her Pukalani Home on May 4, 2022 at the age of 91.

She was the seventh of eight children born to Dionicio & Christina Acorda (both deceased).

She came to Hawaii joining her daughter Susan and son in law Inocencio on March 7, 1987.

Employed with several different companies and retired at HC&S on January 1997. Her hobbies are flower & vegetable gardening, cleaning the yard and sewing. She loved to share her vegetables with others.

She is also a very loving and generous mother, grandma and great grandma. On the spiritual side, she learned from the bible that “there will be no more death, pain, mourning, nor outcry. The former things have passed away.” She held on to this belief. (Revelation 21:4) She will be missed.
