Evelyn Kealoha Dutro Santos, 84, passed away on June 23, 2022, at her home in Haiku, Maui. She was born on August 25, 1937 in Wailuku. She was a graduate of Baldwin High School. On May 31, 1958, Evelyn was united in marriage to Donald Santos, Sr. He preceded her in death on April 5, 2018, after 59 years of marriage. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on her Birthday August 25, 2022 at Norman’s Mortuary; service will begin at 10:00 a.m.; burial will follow, 1:00 p.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery in Haiku. The Family would like to invite you to a Celebration of Life for Evelyn at Haiku Community Center at 2 pm. Norman’s Mortuary is assisting with funeral arrangements. Evelyn retired as a Housewife of her 6 Children. She also worked in the kitchen at Doris Todd Memorial Christian School and Ma Chan’s Okazuya. She was Honored as the Longest Member of Haiku Bible Church in 2018 for over 42 years. She is survived by her children, Donald Santos Jr. - deceased, Elsiemay Santos, Alan Santos, Jon Santos, Glen Santos (Napua), Donlyn Haupu (Bobby); 25 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren. Evelyn was a beloved member of her community and dedicated her life to serving God and others. As Evelyn would say, “Let us not forget the greatest gift is to Love One Another."
