Obituary for Eufemio Tomas
Eufemio Fiesta Tomas known as”Tata Colas”, 83, died peacefully on February 27, 2022 at Hospice Maui with family members by his side. He was born on April 10, 1938 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Constantino (+) and Gabriela (+) Tomas. He was married to the late Felicidad Bumanglag(+). In 1992, he came to Maui together with his children. He retired from the Grand Wailea Resort as a Ground Maintenance.
Tata Colas was loved by so many. His memory will always be in our thoughts and forever in our
hearts.
He is survived by his wife Myrna Bocoboc, children Elizabeth (Roderick) Quilallan, Rolly (Rosemary) Tomas, Shane (Lanie) Tomas, April Tomas, Mark Glenn Tomas and 10 grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Flora Garo, Lydia Ang, Amancia Tomas, Alfredo Tomas, Anita Simon, Samuel Tomas and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku from 6:00pm-9:00pm. Service will begin at 7:00pm. Mass will be held at Christ The King Church in Kahului on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 10:30am. It will be a closed casket. Burial will follow at 12:00pm at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku, Hawaii.
