Caridad Ancheta Calibuso, 93
Caridad Ancheta Calibuso, 93 of Kihei, Hawaii peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by Family and loved ones on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. She was born on July 22, 1926 to the late Eugenio and Andrea DecanoAncheta. She is predeceased by her loving husband Florentino Daguro Calibuso.
Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother was born in Langaoan, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She moved to Kihei, Hawaii in February 1974 and worked at Maui Lu, Monsanto and Hawaiian Foliage all located in Kihei, where she later retired in August 1992. She was also a devoted member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo.
She is survived by her children, Rose (Buddy) Almeida, Elvin (Loreli) Calibuso, Eduardo (Val Zacharski) Calibuso, Dwayne (Maryann) Calibuso; grandchildren, Ashley (Brian Conolly) Tone, Kylie (Jon) Paet, Edward Calibuso, Christopher Almeida, Asia (Nohea) Ronan, Kyson Calibuso, Jennifer Calibuso, Jon Calibuso; great-grandchildren, Maya Connolly, Liam Connolly, Joshua Ronan. Jayce Ronan and Jaxtyn Ronan.
She is predeceased by her son, Juan Ancheta Calibuso and siblings, Ambrosio Decano Ancheta, Filomeno Decano Ancheta, Estanislao Decano Ancheta, Dominador Decano Ancheta, Maria Ancheta Daproza and Asuncion Ancheta Fernando.
Services will be held at Norman’s Mortuary with burial to follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery.
