Brian Anthony Nobriga, 80
Brian Anthony Nobriga was born in Wailuku, Maui to Manuel and Emily Nobriga on May 23, 1939. He left this earth surrounded by his loved ones on April 17, 2020.
He is predeceased by his brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Barbara Nobriga; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and William Carvalho; and his niece, Catherine Kim. He is survived by his brother, Alvin “Ted” Nobriga (Kim); nieces, Emmy Carvalho, Marianne Mattos (Eldon); nephews, Michael Nobriga (Kim), Louis “Rocky” Nobriga (Traci), John Kim, David Nobriga (Ione), James “Jay” Nobriga (Wendy), Robert Nobriga, William “Billy” Carvalho (Marlene), Patrick “PJ” Carvalho (Tammy); many great, great-great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the restrictions implemented because of the COVID-19 situation, a private funeral/burial will be held with interment at Maui Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life Memorial is planned with a Mass at St. Anthony Church on April 17, 2021 (the anniversary of his death) with a luncheon to follow. Please save the date to come and share the celebration of Brian’s wonderful life.
Brian was a member of St. Anthony Church in Wailuku. The family request donations be made to St.
Anthony Church in memory of him.
