Obituary for Alfredo Gagarin Obina

Alfredo Gagarin Obina, 77

Alfredo Gagarin Obina was born on October, 12, 1942 in Cayambanan, Urdaneta, Pangasinan, Philippines to the late Gavino Munar Obina and Mercedes Gagarin Obina.

He is survived by his loving wife Naty Arocena Obina for 56 years; daughter, Shirley (Robert) Guzman; grandson Ryan Guzman; great grandchildren Dylan James Guzman and Tyler Jeremiah Romero; brothers, Camilo (Evangeline) Obina and Rodolfo (Emily) Obina; sister in laws, Mary Galiza and Paulina Santiago and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

He was employed by Wailuku Agribusiness as a Tractor Operator and later moved to Hawaiian Commercial and Sugar Company (HC&S) as a seed loader operator until his retirement in 2009.

He enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas. His hobbies included working in the garden, fixing cars and doing household projects.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
